Commercial Metals Company to Speak on Dramatic Efficiency Gains from ImageSilo®

Greenwood Village, CO – February 22, 2011 – Digitech Systems is pleased to announce that users of their cloud ECM service, ImageSilo, have been invited to speak at info360, the AIIM International Conference and Expo, on March 22, 2011. Alberto Centeno, Director of Shared Services at the Commercial Metals Company (CMC), will explain how ImageSilo has improved efficiency and control while saving the company money in recycling yards located throughout the United States.

CMC implemented ImageSilo in 2008 to help centralize Accounts Payable (AP) operations from forty recycling yards into a single, central location. After implementation at just twelve of these yards, CMC is saving 1,500 employee hours per month and is seeing financial savings from mailing and personnel costs of more than $130,000. CMC can add new yards to the ImageSilo system in less than one week resulting in fast and easy benefits. Centeno will be co-speaking with Paul Owens, Vice President of Sales from CASO Document Management, the Digitech Systems reseller who assisted with this ImageSilo implementation.

As a provider of ECM solutions, Digitech Systems is an expert in capturing, securing, and managing large amounts of data either on-premise for PaperVision® Enterprise customers or online for users of the cloud-based ECM service, ImageSilo. “We’re proud of Commercial Metals Company for receiving this prestigious opportunity to speak,” said HK Bain, CEO of Digitech Systems. “CMC has seen considerable improvements in employee efficiency and has improved control of critical financial information.
